    Humanitarian Design Booking Form

    Cancellation Policy
This is a free program and our volunteers are limited in the time that they are able to donate. As our programs are in high demand, it is our expectation that teachers who book programs will make every effort to maintain their bookings. If extenuating circumstances warrant cancellation of a program (like extreme weather, road closures, family emergency, etc.) we will reschedule programs rather than cancel. We encourage all teachers to inform us of any circumstances that may prevent the delivery of a program with as much notice as possible.
    Terms and Conditions
I understand that expectations include that the teacher remains present in the classroom for the duration of the presentation, performs classroom management and acts as a participant throughout the presentation.  While this program is free, it is our expectation that teachers will support their students in completing their "call to action" activities for the environment in lieu of payment.
    Code of Conduct Acknowledgement
I understand that all volunteers have completed a police background and vulnerable sector checks prior to any class/school visit. I understand that all volunteers have been trained to deliver professional presentations and have signed a code of conduct form which outlines accountability in the classroom.
